Nanjing / Hong Kong, July 14, 2026 – SOHOInno-Tech and Hong Kong‑based KC Maritime (KCM) formally signed a shipbuilding contract on July 13, 2026 for two 63,500 dwt ultramax bulk carriers, marking the official start of their cooperation in the global dry bulk sector.
The signing ceremony was held at the Group's headquarters and was witnessed by Zhou An, Party Secretary and Chairman of SOHOInno-Tech, and Abhijit Ghosh, Vice President of KCM, along with other senior representatives from both sides. The contract was executed by Chen Shangwei, Member of the Party Committee and Assistant General Manager of SOHOInno-Tech, and Patrick Turner, Director of KCM.

· Maximum endurance: 20,000 nautical miles
