The Xinde Marine Forum (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) is organised by Xinde Marine News (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

By registering for and attending the Event, I confirm that I understand the nature of the Event and any inherent risks associated with participation. I agree to fully cooperate with the Organiser and undertake to comply with all relevant safety instructions and on-site regulations.

I acknowledge and agree that the Organiser, its staff, representatives, and authorised partners shall not be held liable for:

(a) any loss of or damage to personal property;

(b) any personal injury or loss of life sustained during the Event, except where such loss or damage is directly caused by proven negligence on the part of the Organiser.

I consent to the Organiser collecting, using, storing, and/or disclosing my personal data, including but not limited to my name, title, company name, country/region, email address, and any images or recordings captured during the Event (via photography or videography). Such data may be used for the purposes of facilitating my participation before, during, and after the Event, as well as for communication, marketing, and planning of future Xinde Marine Forum events.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser against any costs, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the provision or use of such personal data.
