Oppotunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bunker Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine surveying, with a specific focus on bunker surveys. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Positions Available—Bunker Surveyor

Requirements:

● Extensive relevant work experience like BQS, ROB checking, off/on hire bunker and condition survey, bunker dispute investigation survey etc.

● Fluent English language skills.

● Residency in Shanghai or nearby cities.

● Work location: Shanghai 

● Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by survey schedules.

Key responsibilities

● Conduct bunker surveys on various types of vessels to ensure accurate measurement and reporting of fuel quantities.

● Perform sampling and testing of bunker fuel to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.

● Prepare detailed and accurate survey reports for clients.

● Liaise with agent, port authority for port entry, vessel crews and bunker suppliers to ensure smooth survey operations.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to bunker fuel.

● Assist in resolving disputes related to bunker quantity and quality.

● Ensure all survey activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
