- 1号至5号货舱出入舱口(总共10个小舱口)所有用于关闭的操作杆掣子/凸轮均处于卡死状态。出入舱口无法关闭,舱口盖不具备风雨密性。

- Cargo hatch cover for No.2~5 – most of the ventilator covers securing dogs missing, heavily rested and unable to close weathertight

- 2号至5号货舱舱口盖——大多数通风口盖的系固掣子缺失,严重生锈,无法实现风雨密关闭
