Recently, Hangzhou Customs District P.R.China first time used the "Remote Expert System" of COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry to carry out "non-contact" remote inspection on the luggage carried by the 9 crews of "TIAN SHUN HE", realized the "5G+AR remote inspection" to facilitate the efficient crew change.
 
In order to shorten the waiting time of seafarers and reduce the impact of ship maintenance, COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry coordinated the agent to use "remote expert system" to carry out remote inspection of all the luggage carried by the seafarers. At the inspection site, AR glasses were used to conduct real-time voice communication with customs inspection personnel, visual annotation, video file retention and other operations, and the remote inspection of crew luggage was completed.
