Recently, COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) was awarded the honorary designation of "10 Years+ Caring Company" by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of the company's contribution and commitment to caring for its employees, the environment, and the community for ten consecutive years or more. Since 2008, the company has been awarded the caring company designation for 14 consecutive years.
In facing the pandemic over the past year, COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) continued to uphold the spirit of "Rooted in Hong Kong; Serve Hong Kong." It organized and participated in corporate social responsibility campaigns to communicate messages of caring for the society and serving the community, and committed itself to caring for the community, employees and the environment, with a focus on four major areas, such as charity donations, support for the disadvantaged, financial support for schooling and environmental protection in a joint effort to build an inclusive society in Hong Kong.
