COSCO Shipping Development holds about 2.23% CIMC's A-shares Xinde Marine News Vivian Xu 2022-07-21 16:42

On July 19, COSCO Shipping Development announced that the COSCO Shipping Development and its subsidiaries sold about 2.29% of the A-shares of China International Marine Containers (CIMC) for about 1.302 billion yuan from July 19, 2021 to July 18, 2022 through block trading and centralized bidding. The announcement showed that as of the announcement date, COSCO Shipping Development and its subsidiaries held about 2.23% of CIMC's A shares.
