On February 15, 2022, CULines and CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding signed an order contract for two 2700TEU container ships.

The latest environmental 2700TEU container ship ordered by CULines this time is 188.8m long, 32.2m wide, 17.2m deep and 34230 tons.

This type of ship is equipped with an SCR system, which meets the emission standards of TIER III and EEDI Phase III, reduces NOx emissions, and can sail in any port and emission limit control area in the world.
The new ship will be registered into China Classification Society and will be delivered in the second half of 2023.

The order to build two 2,700TEU container ships is the second cooperation between CULines and Huangpu Wenchong after ordering four 1,900TEU container ships at the beginning of last year.
