Job Descriptions

01 Deliver CRM training constantly to all sales persons and keep the daily functioning properly.

02 Organize CRM key user meeting monthly and generate various report to management team on regular basis.

03 Monitor and implement CRM using to all sales persons in APAC Region and get improvement of CRM results acc. to required measurements by APAC Mgt. Team.

04 Planning and coordination of marketing materials (i.e. brochure, corporate gift), campaigns (i.e. sales workshop, customer seminar), project deliverables (i.e. awards, certificates) in close cooperation with HQ.

05 Devise the event-marketing plan including sales & visitor promotion (corporate presentation, promotion file). Liaison with external partners and peers to ensure thorough implementation acc. to company regulation.

06 Project management of exhibitions, events in China and support to other IGCs in APAC Region

07 Manage group website at a local level – including management of local project content, white papers, articles, etc.

Requirements

01 Bachelor degree or above

02 Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing(especially CRM management) field

03 Strong internal and external communication skill; Good at vendor management

04 Presentable and ability to work with senior leaders

05 Excellent English communication skill
