On November 19, China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Weihai) held a signing ceremony for the delivery of the fourth E-flexer series ro-ro passenger ship W0266 (STENA EMBLA).
STENA EMBLA will leave for the United Kingdom in late November, operating on routes between Belfast and Liverpool.
STENA EMBLA has a total length of 214.5 meters, a width of 27.8 meters, a design draft of 6.4 meters, a design speed of 22 knots, a lane length of 3100 meters, a capacity of 927 passengers, and a dual-engine and double-propeller design, meeting the requirements of 1A ice class. It is equipped with fin stabilizer for comfort design. The vibration noise meets the requirements of COMF V (2) of DNV-GL and VIBR requirements.
