On the morning of May 26, Guangzhou Port held its 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
 
Li Yibo, Huang Bo, Su Xingwang, Song Xiaoming and Deng Guosheng were elected as the non independent directors of the third board of directors of the company.
 
Chen Shu, Fan Xia and Liao Zhaoli were appointed as independent directors of the third board of directors of the company. Liu Yinghai and Wen Dongwei were appointed as supervisors of the third board of supervisors of the company.
 
The meeting elected Li Yibo as the chairman of the board of directors and Huang Bo as the vice-chairman of the board of directors for a term of three years from the date of approval.
 
At the same time, Deng Guosheng was appointed as general manager, Chen Hongwei as deputy general manager, Ma Chujiang as deputy general manager, Wei Tongjun as deputy general manager, Ma Jinqi as deputy general manager, Zheng Lingtang as deputy general manager, Zhu Shaobing as chief engineer, Ma Suying as chief financial officer. The term is three years, from the date of deliberation and approval by the company's board of directors to the date of expiration of the third board of directors.
