CMES orders methanol dual-fuel PCTCs Xinde Marine News Sarah Yu 2023-03-30 14:29


On March 29,2023,China Merchants Energy Shipping issued an announcement to officially confirm the order for the methanol dual-fuel PCTCs.
 
On March 29,2023,CMES signed the "Ship Order Agreement" with China Merchants Industry through its wholly-owned single-ship company for two 9,300 CEU methanol dual-fuel ro-ro ships. The total shipbuilding payment for the two ships did not exceed USD 192 million.
 
At the same time, the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a buyer's option agreement with China Merchants Industry for four 9,000 CEU methanol dual-fuel ro-ro ships.The cost of each of the four alternative vessels is no more than USD 96 million.
