Shandong Shipping enters refrigeration transportation market xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2020-05-07 16:26

On April 30, Shandong Shipping signed the investment and construction contract of a 178,000 cubic foot ultra-low temperature refrigerated transportation ship with Kyokuyo Shipyard and ITOCHU Corporation in the form of "video contract", officially entering the international ultra-low temperature refrigerated transport market.

The project of ultra-low temperature refrigerated transportation ship is a key project of Shandong Shipping to promote the high-quality development of modern marine fishery. As an important achievement of Shandong delegation's visit to Japan in 2019, it is a major measure for Shandong Shipping to deeply integrate into the establishment of China-Japan-Korea free trade zone.

This project enables Shandong Shipping to add -55 ℃ to -60 ℃ ultra-low temperature refrigerated transport and processing ship capacity on the basis of its advantages in cold chain storage, logistics and international trade of aquatic products, so as to build a complete closed loop of ultra-low temperature cold chain transport, processing and retail business of aquatic products in Shandong province.

Shandong Shipping was established in October 2010 with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan, and the company is committed to providing global customers with internationally competitive marine transportation logistics service solutions.
