Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitoring inward documentation sent from ship as per company requirements. 

Group each record for review and analysing purpose. 

Keeping all communications files, records of accident history, PSC inspection, Internal/ External audit, Safety committee minutes, Corrective/ and follow up actions of the office and all vessels of the fleet, for further evaluation, incident investigation and safety controls. 

Publish, launch, and circulate, within the company, the Safety Management Manuals, and related correspondences to each department and fleet vessels. 

Acting as a communicator between the HSEQ department and office departments and related persons to work as a team to the best benefit of the ISM code, ISPS code and ISO requirements. 

Managing the HSEQ Library. 

Carry out any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

 Requirements:

Degree holder in Marine is prefer

Minimum of 3 years' related working experience

Be responsible and proactive with high flexibility

Be cooperative, considerate and tactful

Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines

Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel

Good command of both spoken and written English, good Mandarin is a plus
