On Dec 6th 2018, China Merchants Energy Shipping Company Ltd(CMES)(Stock Code601872) issued important personnel appointments. Due to work changes, Mr. Su Xingang applied to resign as chairman of the company, and resigned from his position as chairman of the board's strategic development committee, and no longer served as legal representative of the company. Still continue to serve as a director of the company and a member of the Strategic Development Committee.

 

After the 18th meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company, Capt. Xie Chunlin was elected as the chairman of the fifth board of directors of CMES, served as the legal representative of the company and no longer serve as General Manager of the Company.
