COSCO Attended the Inaugural Meeting of China-Spain Corp xinde marine news 2018-12-03 15:11


On November 28, local time, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez jointly met with the Chinese and Spanish representatives of the China-Spain Corporate Advisory Board in Madrid. Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING Yu Zenggang attended the meeting. 
 
On November 27, the inaugural and first meeting of the China-Spain Corporate Advisory Board was held in Madrid, Spain. COSCO SHIPPING joined the Board as the vice chairmanship organization of the Chinese side. Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan and Spanish Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism Reyes Maroto addressed the meeting, and witnessed the signing of the Charter of the China-Spain Corporate Advisory Board, and the Consensus of the Inaugural and First Meeting of the China-Spain Corporate Advisory Board. Yu Zenggang introduced the operations of COSCO SHIPPING in Spain at the meeting. 
 
Initiated by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, the China-Spain Corporate Advisory Board is aimed at promoting practical cooperation in economy, trade and investment between the two countries. It is composed of 15 corporate members from China and 17 from Spain.
