On February 22, Ningbo Zhoushan Port Co., Ltd. announced that Jianhong Mao retired and has applied for the resignation of his position as director and chairman of the BOD, and also resigned from Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors and the position of chairman.
The company will be in accordance with the formalities to finalize the by-election of the vacant positions of chairman and director and the related follow-up work.
