On October 11, China State Shipbuilding Corporation Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding and China Shipbuilding Trading successfully signed a construction contract for a 319,000 dwt VLCC with the internationally renowned oil tanker owner EURONAV.

This project was independently designed by China Ship Design & Research Center. After undertaking this project, BSIC will maintain close communication with the shipowner to build and deliver world-class ships that are green, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and efficient for EURONAV!
