After the general meeting of shareholders, the first meeting of the seventh board of directors and the first meeting of the board of supervisors were held. The meeting elected Feng Boming as chairman, Deng Weidong and Wu Bo as vice chairman, and Sun Xiangyi as chairman of the board of supervisors. At the same time, a special committee of the seventh board of directors was formed.
