In the post-pandemic, the shipping industry is facing more challenges from all fronts – political, economic, social, environmental and technological. While the market is full of uncertainties, we are pleased to have invited Mr Jianjun Wang, Head of Business Development of Oneglobal, to share his thoughts with us on the shipping outlook for the months ahead.

Jianjun has over 30 years of experience in the shipping and offshore markets. He is a member of the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration, Fellow of The Royal Institution of Naval Architects, Chartered Engineer of Engineering Council, Fellow of Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology, and Chartered Marine Technologist.

Before joining Oneglobal, Jianjun has worked for CSSC Jiangnan Shipyard, Lloyd's Register, Royal Bank of Scotland, Gibson Shipbroker, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and MSI in Shanghai, Busan, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.In 2018, Jianjun published the book 'Ship Market Trend', which explained critical shipping indicators of market trends.
