On March 29, 2023, Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited successfully listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming "the first Hong Kong-listed ship management stock".
 

Established in 2012, Seacon Shipping is an integrated shipping service provider. Its business has expanded from the initial ship management service to shipping service, providing customers with one-stop shipping solutions on the value chain of the shipping industry.
 
According to the data as of September 30, 2022, Seacon Shipping owns a fleet of 21 ships with an average age of 7.5 years, with a total deadweight of about 1 million dwt.
 
Seacon Shipping ranked first among China-based ship management service providers in 2021 in terms of the number of ships providing third-party management services.

 

In 2019, 2020, 2021 and the first nine months of 2022, the number of ships managed by the company (the number of ships owned by a third party) is 94 (74), 133 (114), 203 (176) and 206 (179), and the types of ships served include dry bulk carriers, oil tankers, chemical tankers, passenger ships, general cargo ships and container ships.
 
In the ten years since its establishment, Seacon Shipping has achieved remarkable achievements in the field of third-party ship management, and has won wide recognition from domestic and foreign shipowners and customers.
