Huanghua bulk cargo port's first phase of the crude oil terminal made progress in the preliminary work lately. The project is located in the liquid bulk cargo operation area at the east end of the Huanghua bulk cargo port. With a total investment of 3.558 billion yuan, it will build a 300,000 ton berth, a reservoir area with a total tank capacity of 900,000 cubic meters and other supporting facilities.
