China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Nanjing) has completed the basic design and development of the second phase of the new-generation LNG powered 8,000 CEU PCTC, and obtained the AIP certificate issued by DNV.
The LNG powered 8,000 CEU PCTC is propelled by hybrid LNG powered and battery. It meets the TIER III emission standard and EEDI Phase 3 design energy efficiency standard. It has novel energy-saving and environmental protection designs such as FUEL READY (Ammonia, D, MEc, S).
