On November 30, Hainan Yangpu Yusheng Shipping’s YUSHENG 788, due to bad weather, sank and 13 crews overboard near the Fujian Province water. All 13 crews were safely rescued.
After one hour, YONG DA 99 arrived in the area and found the life raft of 13 crews in distress. The wind strength reached 8-9, and YUSHENG 788 sank completely. All 13 crews have been rescued safely.
