On November 16, Ningbo Marine Company released an announcement that the company plans to build two 85,000 dwt bulk carriers in China. After completion, the company will mainly provide domestic and foreign marine transportation services for global bulk commodity trade. It is estimated that the total investment of the project will not exceed 500 million yuan.

Ningbo Marine said that this project will further optimize the company's fleet, so that the transport capacity of old ships after they are scrapped can be supplemented, especially the Panamax bulk carriers can be improved, so as to maintain the sustainability of corporate profitability and effectively implement the company's medium and long-term development plan.
