On November 11, CSSC announced that its holding subsidiary Guangzhou Shipyard International intends to sign the second and third compensation agreement for the Liwan Factory Plot of GSI with Guangchuan Shipbuilding and Guangchuan Shipbuilding Industry. The land compensation fee, including tax, was paid to Guangzhou Shipyard International in an amount of 2.02 billion yuan.
If the parties to the agreement complete the relevant work in accordance with this agreement, the total profit of CSSC in 2022 will be increased by about 1.72 billion yuan.
Among them, Guangchuan Shipbuilding bears a tax-included amount of 1.76 billion yuan, and Guangchuan Shipbuilding Industry undertakes a tax-included amount of 260 million yuan.
