Dalian Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Dalian Deta Technology have jointly established the ship digital service platform of Northeast Asia International Shipping Center.
 
Main functions of the platform:
 
Build a service platform of shipbuilding finance service. On the basis of the Internet and shipping service model, set up financial services platform, through trade with shipping service, logistics, settlement of a scenario links such as digital sharing, form of risk control scheme and the model output, the final docking with the financial institutions, finally realizes the shipping service for small and medium-sized enterprises based on Internet operations, trade and logistics links the digital online financing services.
 
Provide second-hand ship trading, financial leasing services. The platform provides functions such as second-hand ship purchase demand, sale demand information release, maintenance, and transaction matching.
 
Build a seafarer service system. It provides seafarer with platform-based services from work to life, realizing online ordering, online payment and online comment through an app.
