On September 20, according to Shanghai Customs District P.R.China, 407 ships were exported from Shanghai in the first eight months of this year, up 40% year-on-year.
 
According to Shanghai Customs District P.R.China, in the first half of this year, China's shipbuilding completion, new orders and hand held orders accounted for 45.2%, 50.8% and 47.8% of the world's total respectively, ranking first in the world in terms of international market share.
