Chinese boxship caught fire in Fujian waters, all 19 crews were rescued Xinde Marine News Vivian Xu 2022-09-05 16:03

On the evening of September 4, a Chinese container ship caught fire in engine room of 130 kilometers northeast of Xiamen, Fujian province, trapping 19 crews.
 
Affected by the typhoon "Hinnamnor", the swell was as high as 2 meters, the engine room of the ship caught fire in distress, the main engine failure.
 
Up to now, all 19 crews were rescued , and the ship in distress is still being rescued.
