According to the official website of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, Lei Fanpei is no longer party secretary and chairman of CSSC.
Prior to this, on July 22, 2022, the party group of CSSC held an inspection work meeting and the first inspection mobilization and deployment meeting in 2022. Lei Fanpei attended the meeting and delivered a speech as party secretary, chairman of the board and leader of the inspection group of CSSC.
