On the early morning of August 10, the heavy-haul fishing boat "Huchongyu110XX" was accidentally grounded on its way back to Hengshayugang Port, which is a listing ship. Chongming MSA rushed to rescue the fishing boat and 9 people were rescued safely.
According to the scene, the fishing boat in distress leaned about 3 degrees to starboard, and the overall situation was stable. There was no water enter, no pollution leakage, and no injuries. It was planned to get out when flood tide.
Recently, there has been an increase in fishing boats in the Yangtze Estuary Area, careful navigating in such complex waters.
