On July 21, the signing ceremony of the Momorandum of Understanding (MOU) on tanker time charter between China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) and PetroChina International (PCI) was held in Shenzhen, Beijing and Hong Kong. Xie Chunlin, Chairman of CMES, Wu Junli, General Manager of PCI, attended the signing ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Xu Hui, Vice President of CMES.
 
At the ceremony, Hu Bin, Vice President of CMES, Zheng Jun, Deputy General Manager of PCI signed the Momorandum of Understanding (MOU) on tanker time charter respectively on behalf of both sides.
