June 13, 2022 is the fourth anniversary of President Xi Jinping's inspection of Yantai and Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Limited. On the same day, the unveiling ceremony of Yantai CIMC Raffles Marine Technology Group and the signing ceremony of key projects were officially held in Yantai.

 

On May 24 this year, Yantai CIMC Raffles Marine Technology Group completed the registration with a registered capital of 5 billion yuan. Among them, the equity of CIMC Group accounted for 83.3%, and the equity of Yantai Guofeng Investment Holdings Group accounted for 16.7%.

 

This marks the official launch of the "10-million-kilowatt Offshore Floating Photovoltaic Project" jointly initiated by Yantai Government and CIMC Group, and will build a 100-billion-level offshore photovoltaic industry cluster in Yantai.

 

After the establishment of CIMC Raffles Marine Technology Group, it will serve as a leading platform for the development of the deep-sea industry in Yantai, focusing on the development of marine oil and gas, marine protein, marine clean energy and other businesses, and providing overall solutions for the comprehensive development of marine resources.
