On June 6th, China Tourism Group held a leadership meeting. Authorized by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, the responsible person announced the decision of president of China Tourism Group: Mr. Wang Haimin was appointed Director of the Board, President of China Tourism Group and removed from the post of Director of the Board and Deputy Party Secretary of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited. The appointment and removal of relevant posts shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and articles of association.
