Recently, the vessel M.V. TIAN SHENG HE, under COSCO SHIPPING Lines, was successfully connected with the 6.6kV shore power facilities at berth #208 of Jinzhou New Age Container Terminal Co., Ltd. for power supply. COSCO SHIPPING Technology provided turnkey services for the ship's shore power system, of which the AMP cable reel was independently developed and produced by the company.
In this case, COSCO SHIPPING Technology provided the shore power systems on both sides of the ship and shore, realizing for the first time the coordinated operation of its shore power system and further contributing to the efforts made by the port and shipping industry in practicing a green, low-carbon development strategy and promoting emission peak and carbon neutrality.
