Evergreen Line continues to update and expand its fleet. In the next five years, there are still 57 new ships under construction to be delivered, with an additional capacity of about 550,000 TEU.

According to the delivery plan of Evergreen, 9 new ships will be delivered and operated this year, with an additional capacity of about 108,000 TEU; In 2023, 6 ships are expected to be delivered, with an additional capacity of about 87,000 TEU.

In 2024, 22 new ships will be delivered, with an additional capacity of about 230,000 TEU.

14 new ships will be delivered in 2025, with an additional capacity of about 88,000 TEU; 6 ships will be delivered in 2026, with an additional capacity of about 37,000 TEU.

Last year, Evergreen has received 33 container ships, increasing the capacity by 260,000 TEU; At the same time, Evergreen has also actively purchased containers in line with the expansion of the fleet, supplementing 420,000 TEU of newly built and leased containers.

Evergreen currently operates a fleet of 203 vessels with a total capacity of 1.537 million TEU, surpassing ONE to become the sixth largest container shipping company in the world.

With the reopening of the supply chain in Shanghai, it is expected that the volume of cargoes will resume growth. In addition, the new contract for the US line took effect in May, and the continuous delivery of new ships will help improve the operational performance in the second half of the year. After the market enters the traditional peak season in the third quarter, revenue is expected to rebound.
