On May 31st, as a joint seller, China Shipbuilding Trading and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry successfully delivered a 115,000 dwt crude oil/product tanker "MAERSK SVENGULF" to MAERSK from Denmark. Representatives of all parties participate in the delivery ceremony and sign the delivery documents through online video.
 
"MAERSK SVENGULF" has a total length of 250.0 meters, a width of 44.0 meters, a depth of 21.9 meters, and a carrying capacity of 115,000 tons. The tanker has a good matching design of ship, engine and paddle, and is equipped with energy conservation wheel, which fully improves the efficiency of the propulsion system. This series of tankers is a new generation of crude oil/product tankers with excellent fuel saving performance and cargo carrying performance.
 
"MAERSK SVENGULF" is the last of ten 115,000 dwt crude oil/product tankers that MAERSK has ordered from DSIC. The project has come to a complete end with the smooth delivery of the tanker.

The successful delivery of all 10 tankers in this project is a phased achievement of the in-depth cooperation between DSIC/CSTC and MAERSK, and will be the cornerstone of future cooperation between DSIC and CSTC and MAERSK.
