On May 31, Culines and Antong holdings signed a "strategic cooperation framework agreement" through cloud signing ceremony, aims to further promote the internal binary, deepen the Europe and the United States on routes of long-term cooperation, hand in hand to build domestic trade and foreign trade shipping connectivity.

 

In the past year, Culines and Antong holdings have cooperated innovatively and invested resources together. Culines is responsible for the operation and opening up European and American routes, which has achieved good economic and social benefits. They made certain contributions to the development of China's foreign trade and economic development and the strengthening of the independent control ability of supply chain.

 

The two sides further signed the framework Agreement on deepening strategic cooperation and the new three-year cooperation agreement, which has broad prospects for cooperation and development potential. Deepening strategic cooperation between the them, which rank fourth and fifth in terms of container liner capacity in China, will give play to their respective advantages and form a mutually beneficial cooperation mechanism.

 

In the new stage of cooperation, Culines is still fully responsible for the operation of the European and American routes.

 

In addition, the two sides will actively explore coordinated layout and strategic investment in shipping logistics and other related fields.
