MPA announced notice on shore leave for crew working onboard vessels visiting the port of Singapore MPA 2022-04-25 14:43

SHORE LEAVE FOR CREW WORKING ONBOARD VESSELS VISITING THE PORT OF SINGAPORE

1. With effect from 1 April 2022, fully vaccinated ships' crew visiting the Port of Singapore will be granted shore leave.
 
2. Singapore has continued to monitor the local and global COVID-19 situation following the launch of the Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF).
 
3. From 26 April 2022, 0001 hours fully vaccinated1 ships' crew who wish to go ashore while in the port shall present the following documents to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officer at the check points2:
 
a. Valid overseas/Singapore vaccination certificate;
b. Valid passport;
c. SGAC/e-HDC3; and
d. Valid visa (if applicable)
