On March 30, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) issued the latest circular on Crew Change for Cargo Ships in the Port of Singapore and Application for Vaccination, showing that it is now possible for Chinese seafarers to change shifts in Singapore. Requirements are as follows.
