On January 17, Jiangnan Shipyard and China Shipbuilding Trading jointly signed a contract for the construction of two 7,600 CEU dual-fuel PCTCs with SAIC Motor.

This type of ship is the largest dual-fuel PCTC in the world, marking a historic breakthrough in China's shipbuilding industry.

This type of ship has a total length of 199.9 meters, a width of 38 meters, a depth of 15.5 meters, a structural draft of 10.2 meters, a service speed of 19 knots, and is classified into DNV and CCS.

This type of ship uses LNG as the main fuel, and takes into account of the traditional fuel MGO and low-sulfur HFO in the fuel selection, and meets the requirements of 2025 EEDI.
