On November 4, the Marine Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) awarded several awards to a number of the affiliates of COSCO SHIPPING in recognition of their outstanding performance in pursuing Hong Kong's high-quality registered ships in the recent year and commended the crew for their heroic conduct in maritime rescue.
China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited is honored with the highest gross tonnage ship-owner registered in Hong Kong at the end of 2020, COSCO SHIPPING Bulk Co., Ltd., COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. are honored with the 2020 Outstanding Performance in Port State Control Awards.
Zhou Liliang, vice president of COSCO Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Limited received the awards on behalf of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited.
