On October 16, COSCO SHIPPING Shipyard (Zhoushan) and Bank of Communications Financial Leasing signed a contract for the construction of 8 bulk carriers of 6,3600 dwt in Shanghai.
This series of ships has a total length of 199.9 meters, a molded width of 32.26 meters, a molded depth of 18.85 meters, and a structural draft of 13.5 meters. It has low carbon, energy saving, environmental protection, high performance and other characteristics.
The ship meets the latest HCSR requirements, the latest emission requirements, and meets EEDI Phase III. It is a high-quality ship type launched by COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry for the market.
