CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Limited and SK Innovation Co., Ltd. signed a letter of intent on FPSO integrated services of Lufeng 12-3 oilfield in Shenzhen on May 27, 2021.
Lufeng 12-3 oilfield is jointly invested and developed by SKI and CNOOC, in which SKI is an oilfield operator.
According to the letter of intent, CNOOC will provide SKI with a new FPSO to meet the production needs of Lufeng 12-3 oilfield, and provide the operation and maintenance services of the FPSO. The service period is 10 years, and the service amount is about RMB 4.430 billion.

Last year, the FPSO "HAI YANG SHI YOU 119", which was contracted by EPCI of CNOOC, was successfully completed and delivered. It is the largest operating depth FPSO independently designed, built and integrated in China.
