On May 17, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding successfully named the 180,000 dwt capesize bulk carrier "SHANDONG DE FENG" built for Shandong Shipping, a subsidiary of Shandong Marine Group.
"SHANDONG DE FENG" has a total length of 292 meters, a width of 45 meters, a draft of 18.3 meters, and a speed of 14.52 knots. It meets the requirements of the new regulations CSR-H, Tier III and EEDI standards. It is classified into China Classification Society (CCS) and financed by Bank of Communications Financial Leasing.
"SHANDONG DE FENG" is the ninth ship of this series bulk carrier project. In the process of advancing the project, the company cooperated with the shipowner sincerely and successfully completed all the planned nodes, which strongly promoted the smooth implementation of the follow-up projects of both sides and promoted the win-win cooperation of both sides.
