On May 10, 10 4600TEU container ships of ZhongGu Logistics undertaken by Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group started construction, and they are expected to be delivered in 2022-2023.
Designed by SDARI, a subsidiary of CSSC, the ship has a total length of about 228 meters, a width of 40 meters and a depth of 19.6 meters. The designed speed is 15 knots.
The 4600TEU container ship ordered by ZhongGu is the largest and newest coastal container ship in the domestic offshore shipping area.
As an important cooperation project in the new shipbuilding field between China Classification Society and ZhongGu Logistics, these new ships will be classified into CCS. At the same time, the new ships are also supported by financial institutions such as SPD Bank, ICBC and ICBC Leasing.
