The 210,000 dwt bulk carrier "SHANDONG SOAR", built by Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry, was successfully delivered on May 10.
 
The vessel was built for China Shipbuilding Trading, and chartered by Shandong Shipping. It has a total length of 300 meters, a width of 50 meters, and a depth of 25.2 meters. The designed speed is 14.5 knots.

 The EEDI index of the product is 25.79% lower than the baseline value, and the emissions of the main engine meet the requirements of Tier Ⅲ, with the advantages of "green, environmental protection, energy saving and safety".
 
The construction of "SHANDONG SOAR" will start in January 2020, the keel will be laid in September 2020, the docking will be launched in March 2021, and the sea trial will take place in April 2021.
