At 12:58 on March 14th, Jiangnan Shipyard, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, completed the system gas test and system inert of the world's first LPG dual-fuel VLGC built for Southwest Maritime.
The sea trial was highly evaluated and recognized by the shipowner and Lloyd's Register of Shipping, representing the world's first LPG dual-fuel VLGC to be put into operation soon.
The vessel is the eighth VLGC built by Jiangnan Shipyard for Southwest Maritime.
