The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) announced a number of high-level personnel turnover, including the appointment of Ms. Wang Tianyu, the current director of Marine Department, as the permanent secretary for transport and housing department on February 1, 2021, to replace Mr. Tang Zhiqiang, who is retiring.
Ms. Yuan Xiaohui, the current deputy secretary-general of the Bureau of Commerce and Economic Development (Communications and Creative Industries), will be appointed director of Marine Department on February 1, 2021.
