The world's largest 23000TEU dual-fuel container ship "CMA CGM PALAIS ROYAL " built for French CMA CGM Group was successfully christened and delivered on Changxing Island.

The ship is the second container ship of the same type delivered by Hudong-Zhonghua this year. On the same day, Hudong Zhonghua successfully started the construction of the world's largest 24000 TEU container ship.

Hudong-Zhonghua presents a generous gift to the first anniversary of the establishment of China State Shipbuilding Corporation.

The ship has a total length of 399.9 meters, a width of 61.3 meters, a cargo depth of 33.5 meters, and a deck area of 23,978 square meters.

"CMA CGM PALAIS ROYAL" achieved the first ship application of the new MARK III insulation layer nitriding process.

In addition to the delivery of two of the world's largest dual-fuel container ships, Hudong Zhonghua also delivered three of the world's most advanced 174000 m3 LNG carriers, one of the world's largest LNG bunkering ships and three of the world's most advanced chemical tankers during the year.
